Job Description

The role:
the role of resource support officer will provide support to the team at townsend hub with processing of referrals and other relevant information related to the day-to-day operation of a community hub including admission and discharge home.
in the role of resource support officer you will act as the point of contact for visitors, taking incoming telephone calls, dealing with basic enquiries including reception duties.
you will undertake and assist with the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments.
