liverpool city council is looking for a motivated and compassionate refugee and migration support officer to join our refugee and migration housing team. this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping refugees, people seeking sanctuary, and vulnerable migrants access safe housing, understand their housing rights, and successfully rebuild their lives in liverpool.
as part of the our liverpool team, you will contribute to making liverpool a welcoming, inclusive city where everyone has the opportunity to thrive from the moment they arrive.
working closely with the refugee and migration housing officers and team leader, you will support the delivery of a high-quality housing advice, homelessness prevention, assessment, and rehousing service.
no two days will be the same. you'll work collaboratively with internal services, accommodation providers, community organisations, and key partners to ensure timely and effective housing solutions for some of the city's most vulnerable residents.
