Care Assistants

The company are a domiciliary care company, based in waterloo, working with adults.
their area covers sefton & west lancs but they have liverpool clients also

l20, l21, l22, l23, l29, l30, l31, l32, l33, l37, l38, l39, l40, l9, l
we are recruiting p/t carers at the moment, for the 4pm to 11pm shifts, & an expectation to work alternative weekends. candidates must drive & have access to their own car.

each client visit is at least 30 mins, plus travel time. some visits are longer, there are community visits where the client would be taken out, there are also waking nights & short-term live-in care on occasions.

the company pay living wage and have regular supervisions. employees are joined onto private medical care (wpa) at no cost to themselves. employees can also access the blue light card & an employee support programme, 24/7
they will consider applicants who are not qualified, but may have personal experience. they provide l2/3 training if needed, and candidates will receive e learning before they start the job. there is also the opportunity to shadow more experienced staff at 1st.
