job summary
the operations & income manager will provide strong financial leadership across sahir’s internal operations while working closely with the chief executive officer to grow and diversify the charity’s income.

the postholder will ensure that sahir has effective systems, policies, processes and resources in place to deliver high-quality services safely, efficiently and sustainably.

as a member of the senior leadership team, the operations & income manager will contribute to the strategic direction of sahir and help translate the charity’s ambitions into practical delivery.

the role will act as a key link between the chief executive officer, managers, staff, trustees, funders, partners and suppliers.
