Residential Worker - Children's Services

The role:
as a residential worker you will be based within a new team providing care and outreach support to children, young people and their families within the community and in a newly renovated short breaks setting
through a relational approach, you will help children, young people and their families recognise and build on their strengths and make steps towards positive change
as a residential worker, you will work effectively with other professionals to ensure children’s needs are met, that they are supported to make good progress, and develop emotionally within a safe and stable environment
as a key worker, you will be involved in the delivery of tailored support and bespoke work with families that is both supportive and empowering
the residential worker will be required to work within specific policies and procedures and with partner agencies to safeguard children and young people
