minimum criteria to apply
extensive experience working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment
proven experience leading and developing managers within a high-volume operation
strong knowledge and experience of warehousing h&s regulations, compliance, and auditing processes
experience managing change, including delivering business improvement initiatives
experience working within a unionised environment
proven ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across warehouse operations
strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
effective problem-solving and decision-making capability
passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
