Job Description

The role:
venue operations is diverse and as such you will support with a variety of operational activities across the city halls (town hall, st george’s hall and croxteth hall)
as a venue operations support you will be customer facing, naturally possessing a “can do” attitude, with an inherent desire to ensure you deliver a positive customer experience at all touch points
in the role you will assist with the general housekeeping and management of the hall’s equipment and facilities, supporting with h&s, security, preparing room set ups, de-rigging and meeting and greeting guests when in event delivery mode
the venue operations support will assist the team to deliver operational excellence across city halls, ensuring all venue spaces are presentable, safe and welcoming for visitors and internal service users
they will also assist the team with the continuous improvement of the client journey, ensuring site safety is paramount and that guests and visitors feel secure and valued
this role is part time, 21 hours per week, allowances will be paid where appropriate.
