Job Description
join our hospitality team and help create memorable experiences across liverpool's most iconic venues: st george's hall, liverpool town hall and croxteth hall.
you'll lead and inspire staff, collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional events, and play a key role in ensuring our food and beverage operation consistently exceeds expectations while driving commercial success
support the hospitality manager in delivering outstanding food and beverage services across st george's hall, liverpool town hall and croxteth hall, supporting a diverse programme of events within a dynamic seven-day operation
lead and motivate the hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and compliance across all venues
work closely with clients and event managers to create tailored hospitality experiences, maximise commercial opportunities, and support the smooth operation of services through effective planning, rostering, and stock management
