Multi Skilled Joiner

About the role
we are looking for an experienced multi skilled joiner to join our voids team. you will deliver high-quality joinery and turnaround empty properties swiftly to a lettable standard. while based in voids, you may occasionally support our responsive repairs team in occupied homes across our property portfolio.

what you’ll do:
property turnarounds: fit kitchens, internal doors, skirting, and ironmongery amongst other tasks to a high standard.
multi-trade work: perform basic plumbing (leaks, wastes), tiling, plaster patching, and minor decorating.
diagnostics: assess property conditions, identify repairs, and report major defects.
admin & tech: maintain accurate digital records of works completed and parts used via our mobile app.
safety: ensure all work complies with health, safety, and building regulations.
stock management: keep the company vehicle organized and well maintained
what we’re looking for:

experience: proven track record in social housing, voids, or residential property maintenance.
trade skills: competent in secondary trades (plumbing, plastering, tiling)
certifications: valid cscs card and asbestos awareness training are highly desirable but not essential.
licence: full uk driving licence (required to drive the company vehicle).
trait: strong focus on detail, quality, safety and customer satisfaction
