make a real difference in liverpool. we're looking for passionate and proactive assessment and prevention officers to join our housing solutions homelessness team
in this vital role as an assessment and prevention officer, you’ll carry out statutory homelessness assessments in line with the housing act 1996 and the homelessness reduction act 2017, working directly with individuals and families at risk
as the assessment and prevention officer you will develop personalised housing plans and deliver tailored solutions that prevent or relieve homelessness
the assessment and prevention officer will collaborate with landlords, internal teams, and commissioned homelessness partners to secure sustainable housing outcomes, while safeguarding vulnerable clients and ensuring legal compliance
