we’re looking for an experienced multi skilled joiner to join our voids team, delivering high-quality joinery and associated trade work across our property portfolio.
in this hands-on role, you’ll carry out installation, repair, and maintenance tasks, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard. you’ll work across a variety of properties, so adaptability and attention to detail are key.
what you’ll do:
• complete a range of joinery tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance work.
• take on additional multi-trade duties such as basic plumbing, tiling, or plastering where required.
• deliver work safely, on time, and in line with quality standards.
• keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.
• provide excellent customer service, keeping residents updated throughout.
• work collaboratively with other team members to ensure responsive and effective repairs delivery.
what we’re looking for:
• qualified joiner with solid experience across a wide range of joinery tasks.
• confident working across multiple trades (plumbing, tiling, plastering, or decorating).
• reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• full uk driving licence is essential.
