Job Description

we’re looking for an experienced painter to join our team.
about the role
you’ll carry out a wide range of painting and decorating works across responsive repairs and void works, making sure every finish is completed to a high standard.
this is more than just painting walls. it’s about creating homes people can feel proud of.

you’ll be responsible for:
• surface preparation, painting, varnishing, and wallpapering
• delivering high-quality finishes safely and efficiently
• recording job details, materials used, and time taken accurately
• communicating professionally with residents and clients
• working closely with colleagues to keep jobs running smoothly
• maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles to a professional standard
what we’re looking for
we want someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of respecting tenants and their homes.
you’ll need:
• proven experience in painting and decorating
• strong attention to detail and high finishing standards
• good organisation and time management skills
• a customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• a full uk driving licence
