Job Description

The role:
as the residential support worker will meet the physical, social, and emotional need of service users as agreed in the care plan, to promote independence, safety and wellbeing
you the residential support worker will assist service users with tasks as agreed in support plans
our dedicated residential support worker will work with individuals to improve and maintain skills and use equipment to support care needs as required
in your role of the residential support worker will work in partnership or as part of an integrated team of nursing and care staff.
you, the residential support worker will provide care in accordance with individual person-centred support plans
all our residential support workers will promote good care practice, including a commitment to the empowerment of the individual, the maintenance of their dignity and independence, and respect for their cultural, spiritual, and religious needs
in the role of a residential support worker will contribute to the maintenance of appropriate records and report to the senior support worker any significant changes in the service user or their care needs.
the residential support worker will attend supervision sessions with line manager
as this is a part time role the salary is pro rata, the salary shown has been calculated at the pro rata rate. allowances will also be calculated pro rata.

the residential support worker will be part of a team of staff working, flexibly over 7 days, including bank holidays and night shifts. you will be required to work a 8 week rota
