Job Description
the role will lead, model and support in providing quality purposeful interactions by modelling play and positive behaviour strategies with practitioners and children
in the role of the early years play specialist you will support continuous professional development opportunities and equip practitioners with the skills and strategies to support children’s personal, social and emotional development
the role will complement the quality and send service offer and requires collaboration with the stronger practice hub and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and coordination in advice and guidance, including evidence-based and home learning environment support for families
in the role of early years play specialist you will undertake and provide training for practitioners to support the implementation of strategies that foster positive behaviour
the role will demonstrable knowledge and embed evidence based early years practice through a coaching and mentoring approach
