we are currently seeking administrative support to the hr and management team, with a specific focus on gdpr compliance, confidential record keeping, and workforce governance.
this is an entry-level role designed to provide structured training, supervision, and development opportunities for individuals who may have limited work experience but demonstrate motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn.
your responsibilities will include:
key responsibilities:
hr and administrative:
? maintain and update confidential staff files (digital and paper).
? support onboarding processes (offer letters, contracts, id checks).
? monitor compliance documentation (dbs checks, right to work, training certificates).
? update training and qualifications matrices.
? assist in scheduling interviews and meetings.
? support preparation of hr reports and compliance summaries.

? attending team/ staff meetings and making a positive contribution to them.
? being willing to give and receive feedback on performance with colleagues and managers.
? attending and contributing to regular supervision sessions.
? engage in training provided by the company to enhance your professional development.
documentation and record keeping:
? keeping accurate records and providing written reports for planning meetings, reviews or any other meetings as directed by the line manager.
? being familiar with all policies and procedures and adhering to them.
? maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of daily activities relevant to your job role.
? manage incoming emails and direct appropriately.
? prepare documents, letters, and spreadsheets.
? maintain organised digital storage systems.
? support policy updates and version control.
? assist with meeting minutes where required.
gdpr & data protection
? ensure secure handling of personal and sensitive data.
? maintain accurate filing systems in line with data protection requirements.
? support document retention and secure disposal processes.
? assist with data audits and compliance checks.
? maintain confidentiality at all times.
