- Harmony C4re is recruiting an aspiring Registered Manager who is Level 3 qualified with 2 years experience of working in a children's care home environment, and is willing to work towards a Level 5 — but more importantly, we require someone who cares deeply about children, leads with strong values, and is ready to take the next step toward running their own home. This is not just a job. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful. Who We’re Looking For We are not only seeking someone who meets Ofsted requirements. We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care Is willing to actively work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Has relevant experience within residential children’s services Puts children first, every time Has ambition, drive, and the desire to step into leadership and ownership Wants to grow, develop, and leave a lasting positive impact on children’s lives The Opportunity This role offers a supported pathway into becoming your own boss within the children’s residential sector. We will provide: • Financial support towards completion of the Level 5 qualification • Direct mentorship and leadership guidance • A partnership-based opportunity, not just employment • Support with Ofsted compliance, policies, and operational setup • The opportunity to grow, lead, and shape your own service Why This Matters This is an opportunity to progress your career while creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality home for children. Hours are full time management while Ofsted go through We will also be paying for the course of level 5 the salary will be £30000 plus bonus and share of annual profit. Must have two years experience working towards Level 5 or willing to work towards Level 5 while the application is going through we have a place in another regulated home along side an RI while the Ofsted is going through.
