- Are you 21-24 years old? Do you want to work for an expanding organisation that offers a friendly and professional working environment but also rewards its staff with a great commission package, and training? You will already have a proven telephone sales background and thrive in a busy sales environment and love working to targets in a great team environment. Responsibilities: • Selling life insurance products direct to customers. • Inbound sales. • Providing advice to customers on a range of life insurance products. • Research industry changes and challenges. • Managing your own pipeline. • Updating our CRM system accurately. • Building strong relationships with your customers. • Cross sell and upsell. • Dealing with customers through email, and phone. • Diarising call backs. • Working to sales targets/KPI also keeping in line with FCA compliance regulations. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply: • Must be 21-24 years of age (Due to Grant Funding Eligibility) • Proven sales background. • Ideally have worked within insurance or financial services, however this is not a essential. • Driven and tenacious. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong ability to overcome objections. • Works well in a team environment.
