“As a seasonal business, the funding opportunity provided by Liverpool City Council allowed us to reevaluate our staffing needs, enabling us to onboard temporary staff earlier than usual and to manage our peak operational periods effectively.
Working closely with the Liverpool in Work Team, and using the Young Persons Guarantee Programme, we were thrilled to find two exceptional candidates who will work with us on a six month contract. Our Trainees, Adam and Jake, have quickly become integral members of our Production Team, bringing valuable skills and enthusiasm that enhances our workforce. In turn we hope to be able to offer a space for them to develop themselves both personally and professionally.
