If interested, please complete an application as early as possible.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals within Fazakerley, Croxteth, Stoneycroft & Knotty Ash Childrens Centre. The post is 35 hours per week Monday – Friday, working on a rota basis between the hours of 8.30 – 5.30pm. Occasional weekends and evenings will be required to meet the needs of the children, families and local communities we work with.We are looking for a dynamic Family Link Worker who is committed to working with families and making positive changes to young Children’s lives.The role involves developing and delivering Early Learning sessions, using your skills and abilities to observe children and plan sessions to ensure their progression. Your skills and knowledge will enable you to identify children in need of additional support, and work with their Parents and colleagues to engage services to address their needs.You will provide Early Help targeted interventions to children and families facing a range of difficulties. In collaboration with the Family and partner agencies you will develop individual targeted plans of intervention in accordance with the needs of the child and their family as part of the Early Help offer.Parenting Programmes are facilitated by Family Link Workers.
