TECHNICIAN (CORE LABORATORY SUPPORT)-
GRADE 2

£20,880 - £21,254 pa

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to support the housekeeping duties of the laboratories within the institute. Training will be provided but the successful candidate must have a “can-do attitude” and willingness to learn. There will be periods when you will be asked to support other departments within the institute. This is a technical role supporting a large volume of varied activities in the Institute. You will be based on central campus.

You will be initially assigned to the Sherrington complex. You must have a flexible approach to working as you will be asked to support other buildings/departments/schools within the Institute.

You will have 3x GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or 3 x functional skills qualifications level 2 or equivalent), including English Language, Mathematics, and Information Technology / Computer Studies.
