Position: Female Mental Health Support Worker Job Reference: 21/72
Hours: Full and part time, working as part of a rota (includes evenings and weekends)
Salary: £17,419.05 per annum
Based in: Liverpool
We are looking for professional, dedicated and experienced Support Workers who can offer commitment to delivering high quality community based care to service users living in the Liverpool area. You will have proven experience of working with people with a mental health illness, Emotionally Unstable personality disorder, self-harm, Alcohol and Substance misuse. You will need excellent communication skills and be flexible in approach. You will have a positive attitude and be non-judgmental. You will be able to work under pressure and make decisions.
It's essential to the role that you have a committed approach towards maintaining confidentiality, protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence

You should either hold or be willing to work towards NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
