Hours: 37.5 Hours

Salary: £20,750.00 p.a. full time
Based in: Merseyside.
NHS England & NOMS have jointly commissioned a Housing & Accommodation Support Service for male offenders with a personality disorder diagnosis who are on the offender pathway. The service will be delivered via a joint service model including health, criminal justice and specialist third sector housing & accommodation partners.

• 37.5 hours – Full time shifts are worked in blocks of 4 on 4 off, on a rolling rota and will include days, nights and weekends, flexibility is essential, shifts will be discussed at interview.

We are looking for Engager Workers to join our team, ideally you will have some experience of working with people with complex issues and knowledge/understanding of personality disorders.

If you have the following assets, we would like to hear from you:

• Experience of developing therapeutic relationships with individuals with a range of support and emotional needs
• Strong skills in supporting individuals
• Knowledge and experience of supporting individuals regarding securing accommodation and developing skills in relation to tenancy sustainment
• A commitment to reducing repeat offending and improving psychological health & Wellbeing.
