Now Education are working in partnership with a pupil referral unit in Runcorn who require a school administration assistant to join them on a part time and long term basis starting asap. The hours of work are 8.30-4pm every Thursday and Friday.

You will be involved in general administration duties such as photocopying, filing and communicating with parents. The ability to use programs such as Sims would be an advantage but is not essential.

The ideal candidate will have worked in an office previously, possibly a school based office. You will also need to have a DBS certificate which is on the update service or be willing to pay for a new one.

The Bridge Pupil Referral unit is a great school which makes a real difference to the lives of the pupils in their care.

Pupils can be challenging and may have an underlying special educational need such a Complex and Challenging Behaviour, SEMH, Autism and ADHD.

By taking on the role of admin assistant you would be playing a key part in the achievement and success of these young people.
