The NHS Traineeship Programme
Liverpool University Hospital Foundation Trust in partnership with Liverpool in Work are offering NHS Traineeships for
16-24 which involve 12 weeks of both academic studies and hospital work experience. Traineeships improve the quality of options for people who would not otherwise be in education, employment or training.

4 weeks Employability training
The Traineeship offers 4 weeks of pre-employment training onsite with the Trust with input from the Learning and Development team.

8 Week Placement
Placements are available at Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital Trust (RLBUHT) and Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust;
Health Care assistant – must be 17.5 years old
Administration - 16-24 years old
Security/Porter – 18+ years old
Domestics (Hostess, Cleaning, Hotel services) 16-24 years old

Applicants MUST meet the following requirements;

An interest in Healthcare Assistant, Security, Porter, Domestic and Administration related training / employment
NEET (Not in employment, education or training)
16-24 years of age
Highest level qualification must be no more than a Level 2
Must be available to attend the 12 week traineeship Mon-Fri starting in December 2021
Applicants must be work ready, able to perform the role and willing to complete an 8-week placement in an NHS setting.
