Based at Liverpool Innovation Park

6 months contract (with good prospects of permanent employment)

30 hours per week

Pays National Minimum Wage

We are looking for a Junior Project Co-ordinator to work under our Project Co-ordinator and Office Manager to assist in organising 12-20 field engineers

The successful candidate will gain a valuable insight into the logistics associated with co-ordinating a team of mobile field technicians under the direction of the Project Co-ordinator

They will also be given a good grounding in office administration under the direction of our Office Manager.

This will be a office based role. No working from home.

To organise and co-ordinate field engineers job schedules, hotels, expenses etc

Make sure all relevant documentation is filled in correctly and submitted on time.

To assist the office manager with general admin.

To read and understand drawings working under the Estimator


Good standard of maths and reading and writing is essential

Some office based work in a construction environment will be an advantage

Basic understanding of excel spreadsheets, entering data and formulas

Punctual and well presented.

Good time keeping skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
