Higher Level Teaching Assistant Ref:3005945

Now Education are working in partnership with an SEMH school in South Liverpool who require a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver Literacy Interventions to pupils in Key Stage 3 and 4. This role is a full time and long term position to start asap and continue until the end of the academic year. There is an opportunity for a permanent position for the right person.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment where staff are welcoming and work together as a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with secondary school pupils who have a range of SEND including ADHD, SEMH, Complex and Challenging Behaviour.

You will have the ability to use a range of strategies to raise achievement within literacy and be able to quickly build positive relationships with the pupils in your care.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a DBS certificate which is on the update service or be willing to pay for a new one.
