Now Education are working in partnership with a specialist day and residential college for students aged 16-25 who require a learning support worker to start asap.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term and full time position which will lead a permanent role for the right candidate.

The college caters for students who have a range of learning difficulties including complex, challenging behaviour and social difficulties. Their team of committed staff offer a personalised program of education, care, leisure and life skills which enables the students to live as independent a life as possible.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children, adults or young people who have a range of special educational needs such as ASD, Autism, Complex Needs, SEMH and Challenging Behaviour.

This does not necessarily need to have been within an educational setting, it could be residential support, care work, youth work, sports coaching or voluntary work.
