In this exciting opportunity, you will learn and develop the skills to develop new and current clients for the business, how to  co ordinate candidates, onboard candidates, always be accessible via phone call for candidate queries, send emails professionally offering ouir service to potential new clients. You will be supported to have a sound understanding of current sites we operate (i.e. location, site requirments, PPE requirments, drivers).

You will be supported to develop the skills to be responsible for building relationships with existing and lapsed clients as well as the sourcing and development of new business opportunities. The role will include the full 360 degree of recruitment. In addition to winning new business opportunities, you will be supported and trained to source suitable candidates and manage the temp labour supply of various industrial and warehouse operatives.

You will learn how to manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to candidate placement

You will learn how to approach new customers and promote Pearlsite Services

You will be supported to understand the procedure for cold calling and site visits

Develop the skills to advertise jobs e.g. taking job details from customers and marketing them

Booking and confirming candidates onto induction/shifts

You will receive training in understanding what information to gather from potential candidates for the new vacancies, and the importance of being clear during telephone.calls to customers

You will be mentored  to understand your candidates job roles, which sites your candidates are on, the times they are in attendance, the start times that they need to adhere to. Building good working relationships with the marketing department at Pearlsite Services

This is a role which is part homebased and part site based.
