New Beginnings – Improving Lives CIC run’s many initiatives across the city one being their BOXWELL LIVERPOOL PROGRAMME

We currently run three programmes,

Monday – Men’s only Boxing at Derry’s Fit club coached by Derry Matthew’s and Michael Jenning’s. This class is for Men only with a diagnosed or undiagnosed Mental illness. Address L3

Wednesday – Mixed sex and Mixed ability class based at Walton Lifestyle coached by Fitpro Awards Director Jase Porter. This class is open to all and is aimed at getting people back in the gym after Covid. Address L4

Friday – Is our our Women’s only class based at The Belve in the heart of L8. This class is a boxing circuit coached by Sarah Crowe. Address L8

Key activities.

Ensure all service users have a completed and up to date registration form.

Ensure all service users have completed impact forms

Leaflet drops in area’s where are classes are located

Make calls’s to service users who may not have attended sessions* training will be provided

Attend classes, ensure service users needs are met*

Keep whats app group updated with useful information.
