Responsibility for final dispatch of hire vehicles.
- Valet,
- Check serviceability , fluid levels, tyre pressures etc.
- Delivery and collection of vehicles to customers, garages etc.
- Some paper work associated with this.
Responsibility for keeping premises clear of rubbish, including Container Storage yard.
Liaising with co workers in the carrying out of these tasks. ( 4 people)
Need to be capable of finding work to do.
List of tasks in priority and then working through them
Hours 7.30 to 5.00 Monday to Friday ( ½ hour lunch)
Hourly rate £10 per hour
Overtime after 40hrs time and a half
Will employ person who only wants 40 hours a week, but would need to be flexible with start and finish times
Require Car driving licence max 6 points current.
If candidate has C! ( 7.5t licence) pay will be £11.00 per hour
If candidate has HGV rigid then we will talk.
Would require Car licence employee to progress to HGV rigid in short time, at our expense after some discussion.
Holidays 8 hours for 20 days plus Statutory Bank Holidays.
Job based in Luton Street Liverpool But will involve some travel by train when delivering vehicles ( once COVID pandemic reduces)
Should not involve nights out.
Tilly Hire is a self drive and Self Storage company
We have around 90 vehicles mainly 3.5 to 13 t vehicles.
Our intended market is medium term hire 3 months to 3 years.
As a family business we have been established 89 years
We have vehicles in Yorkshire, Derbyshire North Wales and Manchester as well as Merseyside
