We provide expert knowledge of BT’s products and services together with local understanding. We support SME businesses across the area to be better connected. The internal company sales team which you would be part of plays a fundamental role in achieving our targets. You must be comfortable making outbound calls to generating interest, qualifying prospects and create leads.
Working as part of a driven and lively team with the support of the telesales manager, you will receive comprehensive and structured BT accredited training that will enable you to focus on achieving sales and leads for Cloud, Data, Telephone Systems and Mobiles.
Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively identify new sales opportunities through calling existing, lapsed and new customers and creating leads / appointments for senior sales advisors.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Achieving set targets and monthly KPIs.
Pipeline management and forecasting.
Research accounts identify decision makers and generate interest across BT solution portfolio.
Capturing customer data and landscaping in Salesforce.
Understand BT's products and services portfolio.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
Successful track record within telesales, ideally gained within the telecoms industry although applications will be considered from those with other industry sales / qualified appointment making experience.
Clear, personable, and professional telephone manner.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and a hunger for success.
High standard of customer service.

Starting salary of £20,000 + dependent on industry experience and proven sales track record. Most importantly, you will have uncapped earning potential through commission / bonuses. Based on performance of other existing team members you could realistically be earning an additional £750 to £ 1000+ per month.
