This job is a Kickstart opportunity, ringfenced by DWP; you must be aged 16-24, claiming Universal Credit and prepared to register with the ESF Ways to Work project to apply.

The Code Store were the pioneers of ‘The Code Shed’ – a garden shed specifically designed to meet the spacing and security requirements to comply with ‘The Code’. The Code Store continues to supply a variety of sustainable building products across the UK and also hold key distribution agreements with various manufacturers.  Whilst offering a diverse range of products – from nest boxes to heat exchangers – bicycle storage (ENE8 Cycle Storage!) has always been one of the most successful product categories of The Code Store.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to be based in Aintree Liverpool L9 7BN.

Candidates will have good communication skills both verbal and written - Be tenacious - Have a professional approach - Demonstrate a good articulate telephone manner - Business and office experience is desired but not essential. All in-house training will be provided and you will be working closely as part of the team.

Working with in the office you will be working closely with management processing internal paperwork from works orders, customer delivery notes, quotations etc. Making contact with customers and suppliers via telephone calls and email supply information of our products and services.
