If this sounds like something you would like to be part of carry on reading… We have opportunities for new support staff across the Liverpool area who can embrace and live our organisational values to empower and enable people with disabilities to live ordinary lives. We are looking for energetic people who are committed, self-motivated and who want to make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities. The right person will have the opportunity to support people in their own homes, work, educational and in social settings out in the community. No experience is needed as full training and support will be given- we just ask that you have a positive attitude and are willing to get stuck in and make a difference. We provide a thorough induction and on-going support, along with excellent training opportunities to help you reach your career goals. Key Responsibilities: • Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs • Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, personal care, and budgeting • Support in accessing community activities and social events • Implement behaviour support plans in a consistent and caring manner • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other staff • Maintain accurate records and contribute to support planning We are passionate about our staff, which is why we'll do everything we can to help you to develop both personally and professionally throughout your time with us.
