Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to support our digital systems and operations. As an IT Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping our small team run smoothly by maintaining hardware, supporting software use, and assisting with digital projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for staff IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity). Assist with setting up workstations, email accounts, and file-sharing systems. Maintain digital records, cloud storage, and system backups. Support the development of training and documentation for IT best practices. Help maintain website, social media systems, and digital platforms. Ensure cyber security protocols and data protection measures are followed. Requirements: Strong interest in IT and digital tools. Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and/or cloud storage systems. Willingness to learn and take initiative in problem-solving. Ability to explain technical information in a user-friendly way. Organised, reliable, and proactive.
