You’ll be paid commission when an Opportunity in Salesforce is created by you and progresses beyond the 'Identify an Opportunity' stage by an Account Executive. About the Role MarCloud is looking for a driven and well-spoken Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Liverpool. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on cold calling businesses and using outbound tools to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. If you are excited by new business and booking meetings, this is the role for you. Success in this role will create a path to becoming an Account Executive. You’ll play a critical role in the success of our sales pipeline and get full exposure to the inner workings of an ambitious Salesforce consultancy. What We're Looking For This is a solo BDR position and you will need to be comfortable working individually but part of a wider team A self-starter who enjoys the thrill of prospecting and hitting targets Someone who is well-spoken, confident, and resilient, especially on the phone A strong communicator – both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to manage time and tasks independently Previous experience in a BDR/SDR, telesales, or cold calling role is essential Nice to Have (But Not Required) Experience selling in the technology sector or professional services Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
