The Role: The Senior Practitioner will promote effective multi-disciplinary safeguarding practices between agencies, individuals, families and carers to ensure best outcomes for adults at risk You will develop audits to make sure that making safeguarding personal underpins all safeguarding work within adult social care The Senior Practitioner will quality assure adult safeguarding processes by undertaking regular thematic reviews and write reports for the senior management team as and when required The Senior Practitioner will provide timely advice and guidance to adult social care, partner agencies, stakeholders, including providers, in response to concerns about adult safeguarding in a robust manner the Senior Practitioner will write internal management reviews that will support adult social care to identify areas of strengths but also weaknesses

£49,764 - £54,916 PA
