- DESCRIPTION OF ROLE To provide administrative support to Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre. To coordinate bookings, conferencing and events including arranging bookings and sending invoices. To act as a point of contact for organisations and individuals interested in renting space at Kuumba Imani. REQUIREMENTS Experience/Knowledge Experience of providing customer service, in a paid, work experience or voluntary role. Experience of recording information accurately, in a professional or personal capacity. Experience of using ICT An understanding of the work of Kuumba Imani, our history and vision. Skills/Abilities/Qualities Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to accurately record information and update systems including excel spreadsheets Excellent customer service skills Ability to engage with a variety of different people Friendly, flexible and positive attitude Good attention to detail and problem solving skills Able to deal with queries confidently and efficiently Reliable and punctual

- 30 hours per week Mon-Fri 9am-3pm but would consider 9.30-2.30 and working from home for the remaining hour
