Success Story

Liverpool Regeneration Contractors’ Group

Supply Chain Engagement Event – 24th September 2015 – at Liverpool Town Hall

Over 200 local contractors attended the event. 98% of the feedback was extremely positive and welcomed this new collaboration and would like more information on how they become involved. The Group partners are working collaboratively to meet Liverpool City Council’s requirements for the creation of jobs, apprenticeships (and other training opportunities), and to maximise opportunities for local SMEs. As there are many opportunities that cannot be delivered on one project alone, but are viable in the context of a pipeline of projects across contractors in the city, the Group wants to adopt a partnership approach to fulfilling their mutual objectives.   The ultimate aim is to have a positive economic and social impact in the City.
